Our Scottish vodka is distilled in small batches at our family-run distillery in Clackmannanshire. We use Ochil Hills spring water and a carefully controlled distillation process to prioritise purity, texture, and balance.
After distillation, we charcoal filter the spirit to refine it while keeping weight and mouthfeel. We also add a small amount of Blackthorn salt sourced from the Ayrshire coast to enhance texture and smoothness. The result is a vodka that tastes clean, rounded, and quietly distinctive.
We produce and bottle every batch on site in Clackmannan, between Stirling and Edinburgh. Working at this scale keeps quality consistent and decisions practical — with care and control taking priority over volume.
