What began as a quiet hobby has grown into a family-run distillery rooted in craftsmanship, community, and place.
Nestled in Clackmannanshire, we’re a Scottish craft distillery within easy reach of Edinburgh, Stirling, and Glasgow — where traditional methods meet careful, modern experimentation in every small batch.
We produce award-winning Scottish gin and vodka in small runs, using Ochil Hills spring water, locally foraged botanicals, and a meticulous hands-on approach — creating spirits with character, balance, and depth.
Visitors are always welcome. Book Distillery Tours, enjoy a guided gin tasting, or join our Gin School to create your own recipe. Design your gin, distil it on a miniature still, and take home a personalised 50cl bottle.

Just bought my second bottle from Heart of Scotland Distillery. This was bought as a gift and was beautifully wrapped and presented. Heart of Scotland gin and vodka are both marvellous products I have enjoyed both many times now and the whole experience from ordering to delivery is fantastic and for it to be made just around the corner from where I live is fantastic. Love to enjoy the gin of an evening listening to music and relaxing 🤓

Ordered navy strength gin just before Christmas and it was delivered to my house the very same day. The gin had a unique flavour with liquorice undertones and was indeed strong. I bought a bottle for my son in law who also identified and enjoyed the same liquorice undertone. I would like to try the normal strength gin from the Heart of Scotland distillery next as would love to try the comparison. I would advise anyone to purchase this unique gin.

I have now tried just about every gin & vodka from this new kid on the block and I have to say I m very impressed with each and every one of them.
