We’re a real wee family-run distillery in Clackmannanshire — Scotland’s smallest county, tucked between Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow, right at the heart of Scotland’s distilling story.
Built from passion rather than corporate scale, our dream was simple: to distil good spirits by hand, in our own distillery, that people would genuinely enjoy.
Today, we’re proud to be one of Scotland’s most exciting new distilleries, with every bottle of our award-winning gin and vodka made by our family team from start to finish.
Using Ochil Hills water, carefully chosen botanicals , some foraged locally and blackthorn salt, with a hands-on approach that creates spirits with character, balance and depth.

Our Craft Distillery
In Clackmannanshire, at the heart of Scottish distilling, we’re a family-run craft distillery within easy reach of Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow. Here, traditional methods meet careful modern experimentation in every small batch.
Using Ochil Hills water, locally foraged botanicals and a hands-on approach to create Scottish gin and vodka with character, balance and depth.
Visitors will soon be welcome to join us for Distillery Tours, enjoy a guided gin tasting, or take part in our Gin School, where you’ll create your own recipe, distil it on a miniature still, and take home a personalised 50cl bottle.

Heart of Scotland Original London Dry is a small-batch Scottish London Dry Gin, distilled by us in Clackmannan. Built around crisp juniper, vibrant coriander, and a smooth coastal lift from Blackthorn Salt, it delivers a classic flavour profile with a distinctive Scottish character. Our Original London Dry was recognised with Gold in 2026 at both the World Gin Awards and The Gin Guide Awards, adding to its growing reputation as one of Scotland’s standout gins from our small family team.

Probably one of the smoothest and refreshing gins that I have had the pleasure of tasting for a long time. I know my favourites and can add this to the top of my list. The aromatics are a perfect blend and not overpowering. Best taken with fever tree tonic.

Excellent quality gins! Really loved the samples I tried at the Small Business Market in the Kingsgate. The pomegranate one was especially nice as was the original one. I will definitely buy a bottle and some as gifts. Beautiful gin glasses too. This is a lovely small business in Scotland, which has won prizes for their high quality spirits. Highly recommend 😊

Speedy service. Very tasty gin. Tried the Pink Gin (Pomegranate + Pink Peppercorn) - it was a gorgeous red colour + went pink with the addition of tonic or lemonade. Very fruity with just a little hint of heat. Will definitely buy again.

Purchased the Gin from this distillery and found it to be of the highest quality. Bought from website and delivered very quickly with a couple of weeks surprises in the box also!! Will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates high quality Gin.

I have two absolute favourites. Cranberry and Salted Caramel. They have great flavour - and this could be a bad point 😉 - they just go down too easily. Keep it up guys!
