Contact Heart of Scotland Distillery, an independent family-run distillery in the historic town of Clackmannan, near Stirling and within easy reach of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Falkirk.

We craft small-batch Scottish gin and vodka on site using Ochil Hills water, carefully selected botanicals, Blackthorn Salt from Ayr and a hands-on approach from recipe development through to bottling and labelling.

At the heart of our working distillery is The Bruce, our 350L still named in honour of Robert the Bruce and Clackmannan’s royal heritage. Alongside The Bruce, we also work with Bill, our 100L still named after Andy’s grandad, and Gill, our 50L test still used for recipe development, trials and future Gin School sessions.

We welcome enquiries from customers, local businesses, trade buyers and brands looking for small-batch spirit production in Scotland.
