Small-batch Scottish gin distilled in Clackmannanshire, between Stirling and Edinburgh.
Our Scottish gin is distilled and bottled on site at Heart of Scotland Distillery, our family-run distillery in Clackmannan. Each expression is made in small batches, giving us close control over flavour, balance and finish.
We use Ochil Hills water, carefully selected botanicals and a touch of Blackthorn Salt from the Ayrshire coast to help create a smoother, more rounded mouthfeel. The result is Scottish gin with structure, character and a clean finish.
