FAQs

Can I bring under-18s?

Yes, but tastings are for 18+ only. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a driver’s ticket?

Yes — choose the Designated Driver option (soft drink instead of alcohol) at a reduced price.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Free changes up to 48 hours before your slot; within 48 hours we’ll try to rebook where possible.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs on leads are welcome in the shop. No dogs in the production area during tours. We have a large garden; our own dog is often on site—let us know if yours needs space. Assistance dogs are welcome in customer areas; production area excluded for safety (we’ll make reasonable adjustments).
