So spring is finally here to celebrate, we have created this Lime & Thyme (white label) gin built for bright, refreshing serves.  A contemporary gin layered in zesty citrus and aromatic hand picked thyme (from our gardens) for a clean, modern profile that still tastes unmistakably “gin” but with balanced earthy and citrus tones

We distil in small batches in Clackmannan using Ochil Hills water, then finish with a touch of Blackthorn Salt to knit flavours together and lengthen the finish.
