We distil with Ochil Hills water and carefully chosen botanicals, finished with a touch of Blackthorn Salt from the Ayrshire coast for added depth and a smoother, richer finish.

Heart of Scotland London Dry is an excellent gin with a unique flavour. Also the delicious Pomegranate & Pink Peppercorn has a very special taste ….. fresh and tangy but not too sweet. I am very much hoping you continue to make this!

Bought this for Mrs Lover of Drams for Valentines Day so had to ask permission to have a drink of it 😂
Obviously, I’m not a huge gin drinker but I must say, this is a refreshing little number! They distill using filtered Ochil water (which the Ochils are very local to me), a little Scottish coastal sea salt which, according to their website, they offer as a sacrifice to “Mannan” & “Manau” – might need to Google what or who Mannan & Manau is 😂 I love the description on what their crest means – look it up on their website, it’s fascinating!
Now, I’m no expert in pulling out favours from a gin however, I find this very floral & citrus sweet with just subtle hints of spice throughout. Served with mediterranean tonic water and garnished with a slice of lemon, this is a beautiful drink – the wife might need to hide the rest of it from me 😜 And of course, I had to serve it in one of the distillery’s hand painted tumblers 😍
I would highly recommend you check out @heartofscotlanddistillery – I’ll definitely be back to sample some more of their gins and maybe some of their vodka too!

Bought as a gift, but ended up drinking it myself pretty much sums it up I believe! I’ll buy again without a doubt the mix of botanicals and flavour of this is unique and different from other craft gins I’ve had in the past. Beautiful product
This gin is beautiful and I’d definitely recommend it. It has a wonderful mix of flavours. It’s great to have this made locally and I would definitely recommend it. I’ve bought some for gifts now as I’m sure my friends will love it too.
A lovely smooth gin with a hint of licorice. I paired it with some slimline tonic and a slice of lemon. I love the Heart of Scotland branding. I shall try the suggestion of Mediterranean tonic and lime next. Would highly recommend it.
