Every batch is distilled with precision (and a little eccentricity). Within months of opening, our Original London Dry Gin earned a Bronze award (87 points) at the 2025 London Spirits Competition .

Nestled in the Forth Valley in Clackmannanshire, we are Heart of Scotland Distillery — a Scottish craft gin distillery near Edinburgh, Stirling, and Glasgow, where tradition, passion, and spirit come together.

Navy Strength Gin – A Bold Standout
After loving the Original, I was excited to try the Heart of Scotland Navy Strength Gin
A classic G&T was great, but pairing it with Rosemary and Black Olive tonic took it to another level.
The bold, complex botanicals of the Navy Strength blend beautifully with the savoury notes of the infused tonic—elevating the entire experience.

Inspired by the wild landscapes and coastal air, it’s a smooth, herbaceous, and earthy gin with beautifully balanced botanicals and a hint of the sea.

Absolutely brilliant gin from Heart of Scotland Distillery! Their London Dry (43%) is crisp, aromatic, and beautifully crafted with bold botanicals including juniper, coriander, Blackthorn Salt from Ayrshire, locally foraged chamomile, and hand-picked bay leaves. The coastal brininess and floral sweetness create such a refined finish.

Heart of Scotland London Dry is an excellent gin with a unique flavour. Also the delicious Pomegranate & Pink Peppercorn has a very special taste ….. fresh and tangy but not too sweet. I am very much hoping you continue to make this!

Bought a bottle of the following Craft Premium Pink Gin - Pomegranate & Pink Peppercorn & Salted Premium - Scottish Vodka. Starting with the vodka it is one of the smoothest i have tasted in a long time and mostly had it neat and enjoyed the hint of sea salt very nice indeed. The pink peppercorn gin was mixed with just a plain tonic as i prefer that for my gin, and it really brought out the flavors of the gin a initial floral taste followed by the peppercorn with had nice warming hint to it. Both very enjoyable and recommended definitely and future purchases will be ordered.
Not usually a gin drinker but I found this really nice. Mixed it with a Mediterranean tonic and garnished with a slice of lemon, tasted gorgeous! Bought this for my wife for Valentine's Day and she loves it too. Great customer service, will definitely be back to buy some more!
