Go behind the scenes on a guided 60-minute tour of Heart of Scotland Distillery in Clackmannan. See copper-equipped stills Bill (150 L) and Gill (50 L), learn how we balance botanicals, and why a pinch of Blackthorn Salt gives our spirits their clean, rounded finish. The visit ends with an alcoholic tasting of our small-batch gin and vodka.
