Violette Gin Fizz made with Heart of Scotland Gin in a half ball glass, garnished with an lemmon swirl

Notes :

Navy Strength gives a bolder, spicier backbone; London Dry is lighter and more floral.

Perch an edible violet or a neat lemon twist on the rim.

For extra aroma, lightly rinse the glass with a splash of crème de Violette before pouring. Adjust soda to dial sweetness/bitterness and sparkle.
