Mix:Fill shaker until half-full with ice. Add egg white, gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and syrup.
Shake & Serve:Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain into glass and gently top with soda water or tonic—15 ml is recommended, but adjust to your preference.
