🧪 Ingredients

  • 45 ml Heart of Scotland Gin Original/London Dry or Navy Strength
  • 15 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 30 ml Soda Water to taste 30 ~60ml per cocktail
  • 2 Handful Ice cubes crushed or small

🧊 Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar

🌿 Garnish

  • 3 Sprigs Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Simple Syrup:
    Combine sugar and water in a small pan; gently bring to a boil while stirring until fully dissolved.
    Cool completely before using. Store in the fridge (up to 2 weeks).
  • Cocktail Time:
    In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint sprigs.
    Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill and infuse evenly.
    Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.

Notes :

Shake with both hands (one on top, one on base) for proper control and dilution.

Lime slices and a sprig of mint
