Notes:
  • Neon-green melon gin sour built with Midori and fresh lime; aquafaba/egg white creates that Halloween pale froth.
  • Adjust simple syrup to taste: 10 ml for sharper, drier; 15 ml for rounder, party-friendly sweetness.
  • A tiny pinch of Blackthorn Salt (rim or shaker) brightens melon and citrus and ties into your house style.
  • For the long drink, build over ice and top with soda (lean, zesty) or lemonade (sweeter, crowd-pleasing).

Garnish:
  • Classic: lime wheel.
  • A tiny pinch of Blackthorn Salt (rim or shaker) brightens melon and citrus and ties into your house style.
  • For the long drink, build over ice and top with soda (lean, zesty) or lemonade (sweeter, crowd-pleasing).

Tips:
  • Dry shake hard 10–12 s (no ice), then shake with ice until very cold for a stable, glossy foam.
  • If rimming, let it set 30 s before you pour to avoid drips; keep the rim outside-only.
  • Serve in a Hurricane or martini glass to highlight the colours.
