Who We Are
Heart of Scotland distillery is a family run micro distillery nurtured from our hobbies that turned into our passions.
Located In the Heartlands of Scotland, in the shadows of Celtic Sea gods, Robert the Bruce’s royal residence. and the birthplace of the modern distillery that spawned dynasties of the Haig, Jameson and Stein families.
Our spirits have a truly unique Scottish Heart and Heritage, which we share with you through our hand-crafted spirits and foraged produce.

Our Products
We distill using filtered Ochil water, a little Scottish coastal sea salt which we offer as a sacrifice to “Mannan” & “Manau” and only the finest Scottish sourced or foraged botanicals and produce.
Now we have the privilege to bottle little pieces of our Heart and Soul in every batch. Distilled using our modular stills “Bill” & “Gill” which allows us to customise the flavour profile of the still and batch size such that we produce a unique and tailored product during every run.

Our Brand
Our crest depicts Clackmannan Tower which was King Robert the Bruce’s royal residence. It incorporates deer antlers and thistles to represent his ancient hunting grounds in which we now forage botanicals for use in our spirits.
The saltire references the declaration of Arbroath in 1320 when Scotland named St Andrew as its patron saint and the Saltire became the national flag after Robert the Bruce’s victory at the battle of Bannockburn.
The two rolling waves abreast of the thistle at the centre, then a sea blue coloured saltire. Giving a subtle nod of respect to the Celtic Sea gods “Mannan” & “Manau” that watch over, bless our distillery and are believed to reside in the stone of mannan.
Then there’s the Heart which represents everything we do, the passion and love we distil into our products which is something quite literally taken to heart here at the distillery.
Here at the Heart of Scotland distillery, we like to think that we bottle little pieces of our heart and soul into every batch.
Please get in touch via our contact page or social media links if you have any feedback or queries.
Thank you for joining us on this journey because without you there’s no us.
