  • 60 ml Heart of Scotland Pomegranate & Pink Peppercorn Pink Gin
  • 45 ml 100% pomegranate juice
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup to taste 30 ~60ml per cocktail
  • 15 ml Soda water or tonic
  • 30 ml Egg White for a luxurious frothy top (optional) 30ml = the white of 1 large egg
  • 2 Handful Ice cubes crushed or small
🌿 Garnish
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary

Method
 

  1. Mix:
    Fill shaker until half-full with ice.
    Add egg white, gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and syrup.
  2. Shake & Serve:
    Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold.
    Strain into glass and gently top with soda water or tonic—15 ml is recommended, but adjust to your preference.
